About Us
In 2009 we moved to Spain having purchased “Marinevac” which was established in 2005 and was based in Palma de Mallorca.
Marinevac was already building a good reputation in the marine industry by offering a unique way to clean and de-scale the black water vacuum lines on board super yachts. We wanted to build on that reputation and increase not only the geographical areas served but the amount of services we offered to our clients; this included the supply of marine spare parts.
Our portfolio of Marinevac services has increased considerably over the years and more recently the demand for spares has grown, hence our decision to create “Marine Spares”, which deals solely with the supply of spare parts (predominantly EVAC) to clients in both the yachting and commercial sectors.
Our mission is to provide the very best possible customer service in every aspect of our businesses. We aim to offer a personal, friendly approach teamed with an efficient ordering system.
Unlike many suppliers, we do not have a minimum order criteria and whether you need a few check valves or need to replace all of your toilet systems on board, we offer the same level of customer service.
Having worked in the industry for several years now, we understand that often when spares are needed, time is of the essence and with this in mind we normally respond to customers requests within a few hours.
Our online shop allows customers to check prices and technical information 24/7 enabling clients to confirm orders even outside office hours. Wherever our clients happen to be in the world, stock items are usually delivered within 3-4 working days of order confirmation.
